Theodore Blackice

An Elven Archer who specializes in the powers of ice and darkness, he has honed precision above and beyond other archers, with a level of focus that is remarkable. He starts by creating a bow made of energetic ice, and then can create arrows ranging from as large as a pole-arm, to as thin and thin as a string. His precision is enough that with the smallest sized projectiles he practices by using them to thread ten needles in a row. This this level of precision he can strike and disable meridians on a foe, blocking their energy. Further enhacing this with his ice powers he is a formidable binder and ranged attacker. His focus on ice energy is highly honed toward this singular method, so much so that we don't classify him as a mystic directly, and his offensive power is amazing. He should be treat as five levels higher than his base power for binding and attacking. He is also skilled in a kind of runic magick that allows him to empower items temporarily providing a power boost to those he uses this for in protection or binding negative energies for better energy flow. This can also create temporary talismans in our realm filled with protective powers, or binding negative forces.
 
With ice blue hair, pointed ears, gentle features, and a thin frame he often has a gentle calm smile. His personality is one of eternal peace and serenity and he has little in the way of harshness or negative thoughts or words. Ultimately he is compassionate and easy to get along with, and enjoys being given difficult tasks. When no tasks are on hand, he tends to spend his time practicing, sewing, or doing high precision work such as inscribing runes on clothing or items.
 
He comes from a family of elemental ice workers, most focus on becoming mystics, but for him he choose the road of the warrior, honing these powers in a way even his “betters” failed to, and actually surpassing the family Archmage on his binding skills using his unique archery powers.
