Ruler of Swords

Wind brings life, and can take it away for most of the life on earth. It is the power of air, and sometimes the storm. This attunement brings that power to your companion in way oriented around control and manipulation of the power. Attuning to the Ruler Cards provides more elemental mastery, a power over the element itself, and manifests as a mastery power, the ability to control or create the element directly. Similar to our Elemental Attunement power, but honed directly with the Tarot Ruler cards, these elemental powers manifest as a control of the elemental ability, a shift into the elemental form, and/or some other unique manifestation to the element itself. Ruler Cards do not manifest as a weapon and armor, but instead as an elemental control, creation, or shift power depending on how it manifests.
