A Blue Mercury dragon, he is massive, easily the size of a small city, but can shrink himself down to the size of a small elephant. He has an ability to compile and store pyshich energies. Utilizing psychic energy he can project blasts of cold psychic fire that freezes not just the spiritual body of a foe, but their ability to think, creating a kind of true stasis with the freezing powers. Beyond this he is an expert at using his powers to create barriers, blasts, and other uses. He's incredibly effective at ranged combat, while still mounting amazing defenses. His psychic energies give him some power over healing as well. He studies ways to use his psychic energy for other manifestations, and can create psychic resonances to create elemental spells and other things of this nature. Because of his deep mind and contemplative nature he is an amazing guide on top of his other qualities.
 
In his free time he researches, sleeps, meditates, or creates small pocket dimensions that exist a few days as a kind of art. In these he will build entire miniature worlds that as they start to expire create a kind of fireworks effect.
