Standing around 2 foot tall, he is a green skinned fellow wearing a business suit. He often rides along storms making deals with people and aiding them in exchange for the energy of their faith as he does so.
 
He's not malevolent, just a hard worker, but he has accured enough faith he no longer needs to, or wishes to ride the storms.
 
When passing by he seen the joy my conjures have in having a home, and longed for that, so stuck around. He seeks to join working with the mortal realm, and would prefer someone who has a keep of at least 3 or 4, though more is better, as he wants the opportunity to have the feeling of a large family. He's really sweet and kind, compassionate, and friendly, and understands unique goblin magicks most others would not!
