Gilda Ravenwings – Storm Jotunn

Appearing as a powerful, muscular woman wearing a blue cloak with gold trimmings, she has fiery red hair, strong features, and a cunning smile. Gilda is a Storm Jotunn who rides from place to place, and use to cause destruction years ago, until she had mistakenly destroyed a sacred tree. Now as penance she seeks to aid others, and protect nature during the storms, often protecting one sacred tree when others are destroyed. She is 5,000 years old and has been on this quest for 2,000 years and seeks a respite for 200 – 500 years, a few lifetimes, to work with the mortal realm. She wishes to learn more of our ways, and her incredible power makes her a valuable ally. She has a deep understanding of Jotun, Vanir, and Aesir magicks, and writes in runes unknown to all of the mortal realm. Her strength of arm is incredible, and she is fantastic at manifesting change, providing protection, and being an overall ally to those who seek one. Her remorse over her old life is true and her dedication to protecting life now shows her commitment not just to redemption as a word, but as an action. She would make a great companion for someone who wants a powerful guardian, or who seeks hidden knowledge, and she would be a great guide for building up power as well as resources.
