Emergency Services

Emergency Service fees bump you to the front of the work que. They do not cause us to halt an immediate work we are doing that day. So for example, ordering an emergency service cleansing, or reading, banishing, or other work does not mean we will bump back an attunement we are working on for another client same day. We will complete that clients work before we do your work. Services can not be turned into emergency fees, nor can emergency fees be used to purchase a service direct.

Normal Emergency Service: We bump you to the front of the que, whenever our next work day is available your service will be the one we work on first.
 
Same Day Emergency Fee: Once cleared by us, we will do this work on the same working day before 10 PM Eastern. This must be ordered separate from the Normal Emergency Service Fee, both must be ordered for us to do the Same Day Emergency Service.

 
Late Night Emergency Fee: Once cleared by us, we will do the work on the same day, past 10PM Eastern. If it is past 10PM Eastern and you order an emergency fee we have cleared, you need this option. This must be ordered separate from the Same Day Emergency Service Fee, both must be ordered for us to do the Same Day Emergency Service after 10PM.

Weekend Emergency Fee: This is the fee applied for us to work on the weekend. For same day, or same day late night situations, those service fees must be ordered separately, or we will treat this as a "next available weekend day." If ordered on a Sunday, this will be treat as a Normal Emergency Service if the Same Day Service, or applicable Same Day and Late Night Services are not ordered.  No store credit for the difference will be given if this is ordered on a Sunday. Weekend Emergency Fees also apply to Vacation days (national holidays) or days I have directly scheduled off in advance for family, health, or other functions.

EMEGENCY SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE TURNED INTO STORE CREDIT

Previously emergency fees were $50, or twice the cost of a service, whichever was greater. This new service makes emergency fees uniform, and provides reimbursement for our working outside our normal work flow, or operating times. Remember you must contact us before ordering an emergency fee and get approval, otherwise your purchase will be treat as a donation to the shop only.
