He is a master of offensive and defensive magicks, but is also an unimaginably fast fighter. He is distantly related to the race of beings known as Tengu, but claims there is no lineage that suits something like himself. Weaving in destructive bursts of death magick in with amazing speed. Speed is his core focus, moving fast, hitting fast, and getting out of range fast. That said, when a foe does lock onto him, his shields are uniamginably strong, creating barriers out of what appears like black feathers floating all around him, the feathers are a manifestation of his power, and can absorb and distribute damage all through their network, meaning he gets the full power of all of the areas of his shielding at every single hit. He will often wield two long thing blades that seem to be made of pure darkness.
 
Appearing as a part crow, part man being, he is noble, focused, and intense. He is dedicated to the warrior arts, and is constantly training, pushing his limits, and reinforcing his skills. When not on task and not training, he enjoys practicing a form of tea ceremony, or spending time in deep meditation.
