He is a lightning Gnome with a massive power and connection to chaotic and destructive energies in creating, absorbing, and controlling them. With amazingly strong lightning powers, he has an impressive defense, and grows stronger when targeted with any raw elemental energy attack. He can even convert between polar elemental energies such as light and dark. He is singularly incorruptable, having a pure soul. All of this and he studies all magicks to a greater degree, seeking how the powers of chaos and creation combine with order and harmony to make new spells.
 
Often found wearing white clothing, and having a short black beard he is very friendly and noble. In his free time he can be found tinkering in a workshop, loving making clockwork mechanisms for fun, and often befriending local land spirits. His presence can be a reassuring force to local land spirits because of his friendliness and willingness to trade his little tinker toys, making his hobby almost as useful as his direct abilities.
